Making positive changes and breaking negative habits is challenging and you don't have to do it alone.  You can call or stop by our office to schedule your first appointment.

Our administrative staff is available from 8am-6pm weekdays.

When scheduling your first appointment, we will collect some intake information (downloadable above) similar to medical offices you have visited, and obtain a copy of your insurance.

Our treatment team will review your intake information and determine the best counselor to pair you with to address your or your family's unique needs.

During your first session, your therapist will get to know you, the areas that you are struggling in, and develop a treatment plan. Your therapist will check in with you regularly throughout the process to assess the effectiveness of the therapy, and make adjustments as needed.

Insurance coverage for mental health sessions can differ from the rest of your medical policy. 

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

We offer clients flexible payment options, including cash, checks, all major credit cards, and health savings/flexible spending accounts.
